The Technician We're Looking For
You'll probably recognize yourself pretty quickly.
- You're an experienced automotive technician with advanced diagnostic and repair ability.
- Electrical and drivability problems don't intimidate you.
- You're comfortable tackling complex mechanical and powertrain repairs.
- You understand testing before replacing.
- You produce efficiently without using speed as an excuse for sloppy work.
- You perform thorough digital inspections and document your findings clearly.
- You take personal ownership of the vehicles you repair.
- You keep learning because you know there's always another level to reach.
- You want to work alongside other professionals who care about the quality of their work.
- You have a track record that demonstrates you're more than an average technician.
ASE certifications and advanced training are strongly valued.
More importantly, we're looking for demonstrated technical ability. If you're as good as you say you are, we want to hear about the difficult problems you've solved, the training you've completed, and the results you've produced.
What You'll Be Trusted to Handle
This is a position for a technician capable of handling serious work, including:
- Advanced electrical and drivability diagnostics
- Check-engine-light and difficult intermittent concerns
- Engine performance diagnosis and repair
- Steering and suspension diagnosis and repair
- Brake systems
- HVAC diagnosis and repair
- Engine, transmission, driveline, and powertrain repairs
- Preventive maintenance
- Digital vehicle inspections
- Accurate testing, documentation, and repair recommendations
You'll work closely with professional Service Advisors and a team that understands the value of getting the diagnosis right.
