Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Store Manager to lead our team and drive the success of our retail operations. This role is ideal for those who are customer oriented, and who possess a strong background in writing service. We’ve been in the neighborhood since 1992 and are a historic landmark in Broomfield! Can you elicit a 5-star review? You will be in control! 2 Master technicians, and a lube tech/advisor hybrid to help you fulfill all customer promises. You also need the ability to handle tough situations with empathy and respect for the customers and employees.

Our shop here has a heavy-duty lift that can accommodate box-trucks. Our ideal candidate will understand how to maintain fleet accounts, while acquiring new fleet accounts.

The Automotive Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and achieving sales targets while maintaining a 5-star experience for both the customer and the employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of store operations, including staffing, training, and development of employees.
  
• Utilize strong negotiation skills to manage vendor relationships and purchasing decisions.
  
• Sales and training on the phones and at the counter.
  
• Ensure compliance of service writers and technicians with company processes and procedures .
  
• Foster a positive work environment through effective communication, leadership, and team management.
  

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
