Needs extensive experience with automotive systems and diagnostics, with a strong focus on customer service and quality workmanship. This role requires a commitment to excellence in vehicle maintenance and repair, ensuring that all work meets our high standards of quality.

My name is Ben Burns, and I own The German Car Shoppe in Littleton and Autosport Werks in Broomfield. Our company was started in 2013, after I woke up at a job where I was not appreciated. Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on European vehicles, utilizing advanced automotive technology and equipment.

• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify issues related to mechanical, electrical, and powertrain systems.

• Utilize schematics to troubleshoot and resolve complex automotive problems effectively.

• Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used for each vehicle.

• Collaborate with service advisors to provide exceptional customer service and clear communication regarding repair needs and recommendations.

• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively in the performance of duties.

• Assist in training junior technicians as needed, sharing knowledge of automotive repair best practices.
