• Build relationships with customers and earn their trust
• Recommend needed maintenance and repairs with honesty and integrity
• Communicate effectively with technicians and customers throughout the repair process
• Schedule appointments and manage workflow
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish

My name is Ben Burns, and I now own seven automotive repair shops throughout the Denver area.
