What You'll Work On

At Randy's Auto, we service:

• Domestic vehicles
• Asian imports
• Light trucks & SUVs
• Commercial fleet vehicles
• Box trucks
• Diesel vehicles

Our commercial business and heavy-duty capabilities create variety that many independent shops simply don't offer.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and create an exceptional first impression.
• Schedule appointments and manage incoming calls.
• Guide customers through the repair process from check-in through delivery.
• Communicate repair recommendations clearly and honestly.
• Coordinate closely with technicians throughout the day.
• Keep customers informed and build long-term relationships.
• Help the shop operate efficiently while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

• Has previous Automotive Service Advisor experience.
• Communicates confidently and professionally.
• Enjoys helping customers solve problems.
• Stays organized under pressure.
• Can successfully manage multiple customers throughout the day.
