A Message From Our Owner

My name is Ben Burns, and I know what it's like to work hard without feeling appreciated.

I spent years as a technician before opening my first shop in 2013 because I believed there had to be a better way to treat employees. I wanted to build a company where people were respected, where the equipment and tools were never an excuse, and where employees actually enjoyed coming to work.

Today, Burns Auto Group has grown to seven locations, but our mission hasn't changed.

We believe that when we take care of our employees, they'll take great care of our customers.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair a wide variety of vehicle concerns using modern diagnostic equipment.
• Perform maintenance services including brakes, tires, steering, suspension, fluids, and inspections.
• Complete engine, transmission, driveline, and powertrain repairs.
• Troubleshoot electrical, drivability, and diagnostic concerns.
• Perform digital vehicle inspections with clear documentation.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and safety.
• Work closely with Service Advisors to provide customers with honest, accurate recommendations.
• Continue learning through training and certification opportunities.
